The force should be uniform and not deflected. Then judge according to the press-in situation: if it can be pressed to the installation position, it means that the outer diameter of the journal is too small and the fit is too loose; If it falls off, it means that the outer diameter of the journal is too large and the fit is too tight. The ideal fit is that the inner ring of the bearing can be pressed into the journal for a certain length, the shaft is erected so that the bearing is facing down, and the upper end of the shaft is tapped by hand, at this time the bearing will not fall off the journal.

When purchasing a harvester cutter, you should focus on checking the straightness of the knife beam, knife bar and several working gaps. Push the power until the center line of the moving blade coincides with the center line of the blade guard. At this time, the gap between the front end of the moving blade and the blade guard is not greater than 0.5mm, and the gap between the rear end is not greater than 1.5mm, and the number must not exceed 1/3 of the total; The gap between the blade presser and the moving blade is not more than 0.5mm, and there should be no stagnation when pushing and pulling the cutter by hand. It is a qualified cutter if the above conditions are met, otherwise do not buy it.
